Carnival Cruise Line Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst - Hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid position and will be based in our Fort Lauderdale office. In this role you’ll be responsible for analyzing, supporting and recommending the design, implementation and evaluation of broadly applied pricing initiatives such as category pricing, passenger occupancy, and promo strategies. You’ll also support the Director, Pricing Strategy with insightful reports and insights to improve pricing, promotions and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

  • Review the design, implementation, and evaluation of pricing initiatives and recommends actions to senior management.

  • Implement analytics tools for revenue optimization. Convert data into actionable revenue management strategies. Support the development of pricing models and tools to improve process for RM analysts.

  • Review market trends and measure via A/B Testing and/or Pre-Post Promotion analysis as required with appropriate recommended actions.

  • Review revenue goals for Actuals vs Quarterly Forecast and Annual Plan. Convert goals into clear achievable milestones for teams to target and measure progress.

  • Review competitive pricing and recommend actions to improve. Monitor FX rates and propose adjustments when necessary.

  • Perform Ad Hoc or miscellaneous assignments, as required.

  • Review the design, implementation and evaluation of Pricing Initiatives.

  • Implement advanced analytics tools for revenue optimization with clear insights.

  • Develop pricing models to improve decision making process for Revenue Management analysts in the markets.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

This is a hybrid role, based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Candidates must be driving distance and comfortable going into the office 3 days per week.

  • Base Salary Range: $72,200-$97,500. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
