Responsibilities

• Develops supply chain strategy for optimal customer satisfaction at minimal cost, aligning with market-driven requirements.

• Leads global supply chain operations, overseeing logistics, inventory management, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.

• Directs and optimizes global supply chain functions for profitability and resource efficiency.

• Plans, manages, and coordinates sourcing, procurement, and intercompany transfers to meet demand fluctuations.

• Implements operational improvements iteratively to enhance supply chain maturity and automation readiness.

• Monitors and adjusts inventory levels across warehouses for optimal working capital and rotation.

• Manages freight terms, agreements, and transportation routes, optimizing cost and efficiency.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to address future demands and challenges proactively.

• Supports ERP utilization, particularly in planning and integration with supply chain processes.

• Reports department KPIs, analyzing performance and implementing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
