Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing a close-knit team of 10-15 employees? We are seeking an organized and experienced individual to oversee and actively participate in daily operations related to inbound and outbound goods flow, as well as warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver, adept at leading teams effectively.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory, including forklift operation.

• Coordinate, coach, and lead staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.

• Develop and implement warehouse processes and policies to optimize workflows.

• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Manage logistics and shipping schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.

• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
