•Direct and manage the daily operations of the company;•Lead the development of renewable energy projects in the U.S.;•Set up the procedure and the major contract templates for renewable energy project development;•Secure the pool of external consulting firms and utilize them for environmental studies, interconnection studies, public/governmental consultation, etc. in various development phases;•PPA Origination, execution of PPA;•Raise the project financing, select EPC contractors and carry out construction to achieve COD (Commercial Operation Date); and•Operation and/or sales of project assets.
