Completes pre-award procurement actions that are complex in nature. Assist in reviewing requirement packages, clarifies any discrepancies with the customer, creates solicitations and award documentation, tracks invoices and payments, and closes out contract files. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 OR NK-II grade level (or higher) in the Federal service which includes experience applying purchasing methods, principles, regulations and procedures needed to complete required documents and evaluation of quotes and proposals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07) NKII. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
