Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our intel team. The Senior Software Engineer needs to support requirements capture, architecture, design, development, and documentation of Authorization Services. Primary functions will include Java Development for REST and SOAP services that integrate with LDAP directories to return Attributes and Authorization Decisions.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines plus 8 years of Software Engineering experience.
An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years.
Plus 2+ years of experience with Windows, .Net, and C#, and 2+ years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
Experience developing software and systems in Java (J2EE)
Experience with any of the following:
Cloudera
Kibana
ELK Stack
OViD
Oracle
NiFi
Radiant Logic
LDAP
PKI technologies (including RSA, SSL, and certificates for example)
Web services using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
Understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions.
Familiarity with coding and documentation standards and best practices, and with source control systems (e.g. SVN/GIT)
Experience with Tasking/Ticketing systems such as Redmine.
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate ideas and status updates to peers, management, and external stakeholders including the Customer
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on schedule, and with minimal supervision, when multiple projects are being developed simultaneously
