Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Geotechnical Sr Project Manager for one of our engineering clients to sit in Fort Fill, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience in geotechnical engineering and/or construction materials testing/special inspection oversight. This role will be primarily responsible for all phases of a project including proposal preparation, managing leading and/or performing field engineering and testing, engineering analysis, report writing, consultation, invoice preparation, client contract and correspondence. They will be primarily reviewing project plans, specifications and construction to verify compliance with project documents, develop scope, prepare proposals and cost estimates, track and evaluate project progress/budgets, and recommend changes. Communication is key as this person will be responsible for interacting with staff, clients, authorities having jurisdiction and the public.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors or masters degree in a related discipline

- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required. If registered in other states (not NC or SC), must have the ability to obtain reciprocity in NC & SC within 6 months.

- 7+ years of experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Pavement design and analysis

- Slope stability analysis null
