POSITION: Fiber Broadband Sales Manager
Qualifications
Possess an understanding of the complex aspects of our products and extensive knowledge of offered services
Three to five years successful sales management experience preferably in the fiber, broadband, wireless, and/or telecommunications industry with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting quota and solution selling/account management
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Decision making and problem-solving capabilities
Strong negotiation skills, confidently and aggressively seeks new business
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market
Proven ability to sell complex solutions
Ability to present professional image of self and Company
Ability to travel
Proven record of sales growth
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field

The Fiber Broadband Sales Manager will develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings. This individual will develop and use contacts and existing relationships within the industry, business and residential environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand. The position will be required to build, mentor, and manage a growing staff of Fiber Sales staff along with partner with multiple other departments to drive measurable results to expand our client base, boost revenue, and strengthen our sales force. The ideal candidate will have a creative mind to develop marketing ideas and sales strategies throughout these different projects and regions and will be proactive in planning and scheduling sales events and opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage a team to sell Viaero's proposed, planned and pre-deployed fiber based broadband network assets
Focus your team on generating new sales revenue within a module or territory making daily sales calls, networking, building relationships and identifying sales opportunities
Guide your team to partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized value-added solutions to solve customers strategic priorities
Direct and supervise assigned Fiber Sales Specialist who primarily sell on customer premises generate existing and/or new sales for delivery of solutions that meet a wide variety of customer needs for Viaero products/ services /systems/ solutions to ensure achievement of both unit and revenue objectives for customers
Formulate sales plan for teams assigned accounts and provides tactical input to leadership
Provide input for sales strategies for the entire region
Participate in the assignment of territories and accounts to Sales Specialist
Collaborate in planning sales strategy and training sales team in implementing plans
Provide expertise and consultation to assist with difficult customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers and supports large account sales
