How You’ll Make an Impact

• Set upand operate advanced machines including horizontal and vertical millingmachines, CNC machines and speed mills according to the instructions orwork packages

• Checkmachined dimensions using various precision measurement tools to verifytolerances, dimensions and to perform first article inspections onparts

• Set upand program parts utilizing “G” Code to write machining programs for aspecific part.

• Requiresthe use of judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions as to thesequence of setups, operations, and processes within the limitations ofrecognized or standard methods and procedures

What You Bring

• AAS orMachine Tool Technology certificate and/or equivalent machiningexperience

• Completionof machining apprenticeship preferred

• Proficientin reading blueprints

• Proficientin shop mathematics

• Provenexperience operating horizontal and vertical milling machines, CNCmachines and speed mills

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
