Robert Half's Full-Time Engagement Professionals Practice (F-TEP) is expanding, and we're seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Accounts Payable Staff Accountants with non-profit industry experience.

F-TEP is Robert Half's premier "loan staff" division, dedicated to hiring and retaining top-tier accounting and finance professionals for mission-critical projects with our clients. As a member of our team, you'll leverage your accounting expertise to support our clients' financial operations and contribute to the success of their projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable processes within the non-profit sector and be proficient with Andar 360 software. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and maintaining financial records in support of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

• Verify and reconcile invoices and expense reports.

• Maintain vendor files and manage relationships with vendors.

• Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.

• Utilize Andar 360 software for data entry, reporting, and tracking financial transactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Assist in the preparation for audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the non-profit sector.

• Proficiency with Andar 360 software is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
