The Digital & IT Associate is responsible for analyzing use and needs, then developing and applying current information technology to satisfy business requirements or solve business related issues. With direct supervision, assists more senior IT professionals to coordinate IT initiatives. Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users. This is an on-site role.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions

• Develop and deploy appropriate Digital and Information TECHNOLOGY solutions

• Recommend modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost

• Evaluate and modify existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations

• Develop procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology – both on premise and Cloud based

• Act as a Project Manager as needed for IT projects

• Provide analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations

• Build relationships at all levels to improve business processes and facilitate project completions

• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources; Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

• This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:

o Software Support

o Engineering Systems

o Business Systems

o Microsoft PowerApps applications

• Additional preferred capabilities:

oCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

o Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

o Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)

• 1-3 years related IT experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

• Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
