Description We are in search of an experienced Programmer Analyst to join our team based in Hanover, Maryland. This role revolves around enhancing and maintaining our technical infrastructure, specifically focusing on Full Stack Development. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity within the telecom industry. As a Programmer Analyst, you will be working with different technologies and programming languages, requiring proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and various others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using a variety of technologies including J2EE, Java JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, and EJB

• Manage database and persistence frameworks such as Hibernate, Oracle Object/Relational Mapping, and Query performance tuning

• Engage in cloud-based development using Cloud Foundry and other cloud technologies

• Maintain and manage web servers such as Tomcat, tcServer, and Websphere

• Develop and maintain web services using REST/SOAP, JSON/WSDL/XML

• Work with frameworks like Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and other relevant frameworks

• Develop front-end interfaces using Angular JS, Ext JS, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX

• Utilize build/deployment tools such as Maven, Gradel, Git, Junit, and Mockito

• Handle other Dev Ops Toolchain like Selenium, Nexus Repository, Hygieia, SonarQube, Fortify on Demand, Slack, GitHub, Jenkins, ElasticSearch, Logstaash, Kibana, and New Relic

• Conduct Linux/Unix shell scripting, work with IBM MQ/Rabbit MQ, Tivoli Scheduler, and SQL Developer IDE

• Ensure code and design quality through the execution of test plans

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in database management, website development, and cloud technologies.

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, Java, CSS, XML Technologies, and React.js.

• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Framework and other relevant frameworks.

• Experience in working with REST APIs and proficient in using GIT for version control.

• Proficiency in using tools like jQuery, JSON, Apache Tomcat, Jenkins, and Slack for project development and team collaboration.

• Expertise in working with Linux operating system and Microsoft Azure.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptop hardware.

• Proficiency in writing clear and efficient queries and specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
