Description:

Manage client pipeline from loan packaging to loan closed/funded

• Provide guidance on loan program requirements including process, timing, and documentation

• Ensure all loan documentation required for lender credit approval is completed accurately

• Prepare and present loan request package to our network of lenders

• Update any third parties involved in process (franchisors and franchise consultants)

• Understand current lender policies and procedures, as well as current SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Establish lender relationships to effectively communicate client needs and negotiate upon clients’ behalf

Works as a loan processor - works with all the documentation needing for their sba loan - addressing any concerns that initially that pops up - same thing that a letter will know - getting bank pre-approval and handing in the lender
