Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the director/manager or designee, the registered nurse provides holistic, individualized patient care in response to identified needs of the rehabilitation patient. Additional functions will be performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support

• ACLS (AHA) preferred

• Current RN licensure by the State of Texas or from a Compact State if you declare the Compact State your Primary State of Residence

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• 1 year of experience in Acute Rehab setting

• Pass and maintain UDS credentialing for QI testing within 90 days of start date
