We are in search of a detail-focused Staff Accountant for our operation in Fort Worth, Texas. The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in various accounting duties including assisting in managing invoices, bank account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, and vendor management. This role also includes invoicing and preparation of monthly financial statements. This contract position offers the opportunity for full time employment towards the end of the year!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of invoices, ensuring all are accurately processed and paid in a timely manner.

• Conduct bank account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare journal entries to accurately reflect business transactions.

• Oversee vendor management to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Handle invoicing duties, ensuring all invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.

• Prepare monthly financial statements to provide a clear picture of the company's financial status.

• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage the company's finances.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial records are accurate.

• Use General Ledger and Journal Entries skills to maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage Month End Close processes to ensure all financial data is accounted for within the appropriate period.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MS Great Plains Dynamics to streamline accounting processes.

• Perform bookkeeping duties to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to manage Journal Entries accurately

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Experience with MS Great Plains Dynamics

• Bookkeeping skills and experience.
