主要职责:
· 人员管理工作--计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见
· 协助店铺经理,管理一个或者多个商店职责(销售、推销、经营、会计等)或者管理大型商店的特定销售区/业务
· 店铺经理不在时,履行所有店铺管理职责
· 直接监督部门经理、员工和/或顾客服务
· 制定商店活动的统计和叙述报告
· 与产品部/视觉团队进行交流,监督店铺现场陈列改善和维修
· 协助店铺经理提供高档消费者体验和员工体验,实施/执行全球和区域计划,提升销售业绩
· 要求:大专学历以上,有至少4年零售工作经验,一年以上管理经验;能够根据工作需要从事相应的体力工作;能够接受零售行业的灵活排班
