Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting management in achieving safety, quality, and production goals in the Distribution areas. Assure that product is processed efficiently, on time, and to company standard.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain adherence to work rules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and followed.
- Monitor quality and production objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the Fontana Production System (FPS)
- Support and drive continuous improvement activities
- Maintain open communication between departments
- Optimize available resources to achieve objectives
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Experience:
Familiarity with shipping and warehousing processes and procedures. Experience using mobile equipment.
