Frankfort Production Leader 2nd Shift

The Frankfort Production Leader is responsible for assisting the Supervisor and leading team members in the production for the Back Rib Line in accordance with company standards. This is an hourly position with premium pay.
Hours for this position are 3:15pm to 12:30am for the second shift. Must stay until production shift is finished.

Responsibilities
- Educate team members how to safely perform duties with appropriate PPE
- Oversee team members performing various tasks safely and properly on the production floor
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
- Able to follow and carry-out complex instructions
- Complete understanding of HACCP, GMP and SSOP procedures
- Strong knowledge and proficiency of Rib line jobs
- Other tasks or duties as needed

Qualifications
- Previous training experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to work with and communicate to other team members in a professional manner
- Able to educate team members on safety and food regulations
- Ability to speak in front of crowds
- Strong knowledge and proficiency of Rib Line jobs
- Excellent Attendance record
- Strong work record and ability to multi-task

This position is in Frankfort Indiana (1150 Vermont Street, Frankfort 46041), a short drive from Lafayette Indiana and Purdue University.
