TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician - Frankfort in Frankfort, Kentucky

Job Description: This position is an onsite role, working directly with end-users as required. The candidate needs to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily Windows-based environment, with Apple mobile product support experience a bonus. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills/knowledge. This position will join a team of several other full-time techs that support multiple end-users in and around the Frankfort, KY area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Great customer service skills. This is the #1 most important skillset we look for.

  • Up to 24 months of professional IT, Desktop and Peripherals Support - The ability to do remote troubleshooting and hands on support.

  • Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and Ticketing Systems

Additional Information: This team is very collaborative and will offer candidates a chance to really grow and polish their skills. Would consider junior candidates if their technical aptitude and personality necessary to support end users.
