This is a full-time teleworker opportunity

Utilizes clinical skills to support the coordination, documentation and communication of medical services and/or benefit administration

determinations.

The regular work schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM -6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) with one hour meal period and on-call weekend coverage rotating approximately every three weekends.

Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

-Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services through composition and auditing of approval and denial letters.

-Promotes and supports quality effectiveness of the Healthcare Services.

-Maintains accurate and complete documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

-Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services.

High School Diploma or equivalent G

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.45

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
