Forklift / Machine Operator || Franklin Park

3rd Shift || $18+ per hour

Manufacturing company looking for 3rd shift forklift and machine operators. You will be responsible for operating a sit down forklift and maintaining production. It will require loading and unloading material into machines and performing set ups and general upkeep of saws and other equipment. This position is long term with the ability to cross train and promote within as soon as 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate propane sit down lift trucks.

• Make labels for each production run and verify correct information is on label.

• Verify piece counts on each pallet and compare it to label.

• Load and Unload Machines

• Quality Inspections

• Maintain a Fast Pace to meet Production

Skills

• 2+ Years Propane Sit-Down Lift Trucks

• 3+ Years Machine Operating in a Manufacturing Environment

• Labeling and verifying information

• Familiar with Precision Measuring Tools

• Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds

Work Environment

• Manufacturing

• Fast Paced

• Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm - 7am

• $18+ per Hour

• Overtime as Needed

• Steel Toed Shoes Required
