Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
As the Manager, Pricing and Revenue Forecasting, you will report directly to the Director of Revenue Management, taking on a variety of responsibilities to support our high-volume hearing care operation. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing pricing strategy through process control and variance analysis. You will develop demand forecasts by creating sophisticated models, analyzing patient data, and empowering the company with data-driven decision making.* Highly organized with ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and effectively communicate goals and objectives
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills and effectively work with cross-functional teams
* Responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies and tactics to maximize profitability and market share based on a data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis
* Evaluate pricing performance, including pricing elasticity, identifying areas for improvement, and recommend pricing adjustments, as necessary
* Identify trends in escalations, find creative solutions, and hold stakeholders accountable to drive results
* Manage team performance, to create a winning culture, and coach & develop direct report(s) to meet performance and development goals
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
* 5-7 years of total professional experience with a core focus in Pricing, Strategic Planning, and/or Product Strategy
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, or related strategy area, or relevant work experience.
* Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively synthesize complex findings into action-oriented insights
* Working knowledge of Google Looker, PowerBI, other presentation software is beneficial.
