ManpowerGroup Beverage Production Technician in Frederick, Maryland

Beverage Production Technician - $52,000 Annual Salary

Frederick, MD

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with full, immediate benefits.

First Shift only work environment, Monday thru Friday work schedule

Are you experienced in food/beverage processing/production?

A local food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a hardworking individual to work with a small team in the production of beverage products that are renowned for their quality and taste. They are looking for an experienced processor that enjoys variety in their work and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist all beverage production activities in accordance with company policies and standards regarding safety, quality, productivity, and cost

  • Work to ensure production targets are achieved for safety quality, delivery, and cost

  • Maintain GMP and SOP standards

  • Track and report production data

  • Assist in production set up and troubleshooting

  • Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on various machines/filtration system

  • Communicate status and needs to business owners

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment (beverage production experience preferred)

  • Basic computer skills

  • Working knowledge of OSHA, MOSH, FDA, and GMP standards

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, walk, stand, and lift up to 50lbs

  • Ability to collect standard production data

  • Ability to work under pressure and make timely, effective decisions
