Client & Sales Support - $62,000 - $75,000 annually

*This is a permanent, direct hire, benefited position.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual that can manage day-to-day admin tasks and take initiative to support your team and your clients. You will enjoy a great work environment with a high-performing team with opportunities to learn and grow in the industry.

As the Client Services Associate you will:

· Obtain Securities licensing the first 6 months of employment (if you do not have)

· Prepare investment documents for clients

· Assist in webinars and client presentations

· Manage fund transfers and prepare bank deposits

· Interface with brokers to obtain and update account data

· Research, learn, and stay current with regulatory compliance measures

Qualifications include:

· Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related industry

· Aptitude and interest in wealth management and finance

· Experience in administrative tasks – detail-oriented

· Proficiency in MS Excel and a CRM platform

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position offers:

• $62-75,000 starting salary, * Negotiable salary for licensed candidates!
