ManpowerGroup Material Handler in Frederick, Maryland

Our client is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be picking orders of materials to be packed and shipped out of a pharmaceutical products manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level warehouse position that is temp to perm. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to use devices such as a hand-scanner, flexibility, and reliability.

Job Title: Material Handler, 1st and 2nd shifts available

1st shift - 8am-4:30pm* | 2nd shift - 10:30am-7pm*

*Mandatory overtime (up to 2 hours) takes place at either the beginning or end of a shift, complete flexibility is required.

Location: Frederick, Maryland

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.35/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Picking orders out of fridges/cold storage to be shipped

  • Using a hand scanner device to accurately pick/label orders

  • Packing orders in boxes with ice according to product guidelines

  • Moving completed orders through the facility

  • Potentially learning stand-up forklift to move larger amounts of product through the facility

What’s Needed?

  • Total flexibility regarding overtime on either 1st or 2nd shift

  • High school diploma

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work 4 Saturdays per year

  • Background check and drug test
