Centerville Clinics Inc Clerk in Fredericktown, Pennsylvania
Primary Function: Prepare EHR prior to patient visits
Duties include working with the public, checking clients in and out, answer phones, filing and scheduling appointmetns. Must pass a 35 wpm test to be considered. Applicants may be placed at multiple job sites.
Specific duties include, but not limited to :
1. Reviews EHR for completeness and makes sure EHR is in established order according to policy.
2. Notes deficiencies as found to be completed by physcian or other staff member.
3. Request, processes and scans outside medical reports.
4. Scans diagnostic test results.
5. Maintain a No record file for loose medcical reports ( to be transferred to patient EHR upon date seen).
6. Copies and mails medical reports per authorizations received.
7. Sorts and distributes U.S. Mail and interoffice mail received in medical records.
