Established and growing construction/development company is looking for a Accounts Receivable Manager. Reports to the Controller overseeing team of 3 - 4 people. We offer a work/life balance environment and generous bonus. This is an on-site role the the East Bay Area.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Manage all activities in the accounts receivable department
Ensure lien releases are accurately completed and collected
Manager OCIP/CCIP registrations and help with audits
Posting cash receipts
Reviews applicable accounting reports and accounts receivable register to ensure accuracy
Manage 3-4 Accounts Receivable Specialists in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, including setting goals and providing annual performance reviews
Create and implement changes to work assignments, methods, or procedures to meet operational needs, improve accuracy and efficiency of the accounts receivable.
Close the Accounts Receivable ledger timely each month
Serve as the liaison between the AR Department and external parties
Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and sister companies
Sales and Use Tax management and oversight working in conjunction with GL.
Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Corporate Controller
qualifications:
Requirements:
8+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
5+ years as a Supervisor
Large ERP system experience required - Viewpoint preferred
Full Accounts Receivable workflow
Construction industry a big plus
