Our client in the construction industry is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. The position is 100% onsite in Fremont. The AR Specialist will play a primary role in the daily Operations of the Accounts Receivable Department and report directly to the AR Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Construction Industry.

• TYPE: Direct Hire

• LOCATION: 100% onsite in Fremont, CA

• SCHEDULE: 7:00 am- 4:00 pm (no overtime)

• PAY: $31.00 - $40.00

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis.

• Review and verify the accuracy of billing data to resolve any discrepancies.

• Process payments received and cash to appropriate accounts.

• Monitor accounts receivable accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Match client's purchase orders with internal orders and submit for billing to match.

• Prepare and submit insurance documents.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Other duties and special projects as assigned by the AR Manager.
