Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator - Folder/Gluerto join our team in Fridley, MN. Your Responsibilities: Responsible for set up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining Folder/Gluer equipment, along with other Bindery/Finishing equipment Review production work orders for special instructions Perform all work in accordance with production standards to ensure quality standards are met Ensure that production and customer deadlines are met Ensure that adequate supplies of paper and other materials are available Maintain records of production output Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures Keep equipment and work area clean and organized Your Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. You Must Have: Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances High degree of math skills and attention to detail High degree of mechanical ability Good reading ability We Would Also Prefer: High School Diploma / Equivalent Must have ability to work with very close tolerances Ability to effectively communicate with team members Good color discernment About Taylor Corporation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdXOC8HM-NM One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
