日本オーチス・エレベータ（株）では現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーター（当社製）の法定検査業務に携わって頂く『検査員』を九州支店で募集しています。具体的には、オフィスビル・マンションや商業施設などに設置されているエレベーター、エスカレーターの定期的な法定検査等、お客様のスケジュールに合わせて検査業務を遂行頂きます。お客様とコミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進めることが重要となります

エレベーター・エスカレーターの定期検査は、1台につき120分程度。原則保守員と2名体制で実施。

担当エリアにもよりますが、基本的には、1日3-4台程度の検査を実施します。

そのほか検査員は、有資格者として技術レベルも高いことから検査を通じた

サービスエンジニアへの技術指導も行って頂きます。

主な対応例

担当エリア内のエレベーターの法定検査訪問を実施する。

現場においてお客様と直接コミュニケーションを取り、良好な関係を築く。

選考基準

昇降機等検査員資格必須

普通自動車免許必須

電気や電気工学のスキルをお持ちの方

安全を最優先とし、プロフェッショナルを目指す方

他者とのコミュニケーションを大事にしている方

好奇心旺盛で、一人でもチームでも仕事ができる方

デジタルツールの使用に慣れている方。

労働時間：08時45分〜17時30分

時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）

36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）

賃金：230,000 円〜400,000 円（月額）

昇給あり：昇給率　1月あたり2.70％〜2.70％（前年度実績）

賞与あり：賞与月数　計6.12ヶ月分（前年度実績）

・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。

・有給休暇は入社時に付与します：前職の付与日数を考慮します

・2022年度全社平均有給取得日数：13日間
