Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design, develop, and test new seating products, and provide technical assistance to customers. Your role will include leading the design, development, testing, and documentation of new seats and seating products, working closely with a cross-functional team. You will also be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving product issues arising from customer complaints and operational situations. Additionally, you will search for and recommend new concepts, features, and suppliers to enhance products, improve quality, and reduce costs.

Hard Skills

• 2D/3D modeling

• Design

• APQP

• Manufacturing experience

BS degree in Engineering

• 3+ years in product application engineering role(s)

• 2+ years of experience in vehicle manufacturing

APQP standards knowledge for engineering and design

Soft Skills

• Leadership

• Customer service
