Job Title: 1st Shift Electronics Controls Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our dynamic team. The role involves PLC troubleshooting, editing, and some programming, along with multi-craft maintenance tasks. The candidate will also be responsible for training lower-level technicians in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and may have the opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities within the Maintenance Department.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Garrett, Indiana.
Work Environment
The facility is a metal & plastic grating manufacturer with a laid-back yet goal-oriented culture. It operates with automated capabilities including powder coat and paint lines. The team consists of 5 Maintenance Techs & 1 Machinist. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 -5:30 PM with Overtime, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on project needs. The role requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule for night issues.
