ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervise field personnel
Responsible for planning and managing production and safety on the project
Evaluating project work scopes
Reviewing plans and specifications
Coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitoring daily job costs
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure that all work meets project specification
Maintains accurate reporting of materials used and time reporting for field personnel
Qualifications
Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in bridge related field preferred
Must be able to read blueprints, and possess hands-on knowledge of every aspect of bridge construction
Excellent supervisory and communication skills
Ability to oversee the entire construction of bridges from start to finish
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Must have good organization skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Basic computer and mobile device skills
Problem solving skills with attention to detail
