DNV GL Group Leader HR Direct in Gdynia, Poland

We are seeking Group Leader HR Direct WSEE for our Global Centre HR. The Group Leader HR Direct WSEE will be responsible for delivery of day-to-day quality services according to legal and company requirements.

Key Tasks

  • Leading the team of 3-4 Specialist including staff development, setting goals, performance reviews, and supervisory responsibilities.

  • Train team members within the HR Direct Team – primarily on the job training

  • Evaluation, design and improvement of processes within HR Direct

  • Acting as a key contact for HR Office and Regional Management

  • Set up performance management and KPIs on deliverables

  • Project team member to evaluate, design and improve processes within HR Direct

  • Approximately 50% of time shall be dedicated to leading others and 50% dedicated to work as the Senior Specialist within the team.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, Business Administration or related

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within HR Area

  • Experience in SSC/BPO preferably in Customer Support

  • Experience within business process improvement

  • Good at HR IT systems - excellent in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent English skills required – both written and verbal; Additional European language skills will be advantageous
