Job Title: Food Service Personnel

Job Description

This role involves preparing food in compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as established policies and procedures. The aim is to ensure the provision of quality food service at all times. The candidate will prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules. They will also be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards in the kitchen, operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, and assisting in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.

Hard Skills

• Food preparation according to standardized recipes and instructions

• Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment

• Assisting in production planning, record keeping, and reporting

• Ensuring food and supply items are stored per standards

• Implementing established ticket collection procedures during service

Soft Skills

• Good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers

• Ability to work safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Tennessee.

Work Environment

The position is located in a cafeteria and will be customer facing. The dress code includes black pants, a collared shirt, black slip resistant shoes. No fake lashes or fake nails, no facial piercings, and no hair color that is not a natural color are permitted. The working schedule is from 10am-6:30pm, but days can change each week. And training is subject to be on a different shift.
