Clearnce: Active DoD Secret Clearance
Certification: CompTIA Security+
Education: A Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR, an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR, a major certification (i.e. DoD-approved IAT or IAM Level III) plus 7 years of specialized experience; OR, 11 years of recent specialized experience.
Job Description:
Design and implement the technical infrastructure relating to databases.
Perform database utility functions and daily maintenance.
Monitor database and application availability and performance.
Provide maintenance and support of the Windows development and test application environments.
Implement database, code, and script changes in the production environment.
Install new releases of MS SQL Server applications.
Troubleshoot application issues related to database access.
Back up support for Progress database application environment
Provide and be able to execute Database recovery procedures.
