Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Details:

Pediatric Patient

·Acuity Level: Gtube

·Location: Gilbert (85297)

·Schedule: Wednesday and Every other Sunday 8a-4p (Day SHIFTS)

About case: Patient is an ped male who is needing help 2 days a week. It is a 8 hour shift, The patient has a gtube. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with.

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
