Campbell County Administrative Assistant in Gillette, Wyoming
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical, administrative and general office duties, that include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to maintain and file records
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Compile information and data for reports
- Check and tabulate data for accuracy
- Assist in the development of forms, worksheets, project assignments, and the dissemination and maintenance of information.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, juveniles, and their families, along with representatives of other departments and/or agencies and the public.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an office environment
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
Required Licenses or Certifications
- Wyoming Drivers License
