Our Team:

As a member of our Programme Management team, you will be joining a community of people that are passionate about providing a quality service to our clients and the customers they serve. Our role can vary between clients, and as such we are looking for people that can:

  • Adapt to the challenge of working in different environments.

  • Be proactive in providing tailor-made programme management solutions.

  • Work within collaborative teams to deliver outstanding results.

ABOUT YOU

We want to hear from you if you are:

  • Wanting to deliver some of the largest and most important infrastructure projects in the UK

  • Passionate about delivering efficient and innovative solutions with communities in mind

  • Successful in engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels to deliver innovative solutions

  • Collaborative and able to work with our clients and delivery partners to influence strategy and culture

  • Driven and love to challenge conventional thinking

  • A team player who wants to be a part of, and help shape something special.

We welcome candidates at all levels of experience and particularly welcome staff looking for a new challenge who are looking to be supported through training and continued professional development.

As a Programme Manager you will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and will have, or are working towards, an industry recognised qualification such as APM PMQ or MSP Foundation and Practitioner. You will have previous experience within a Programme / Capital Delivery Environment

For our more senior roles you will likely have experience working within a regulated sector such as water, energy, or infrastructure.

What next:

We can offer a good mix of working from home and office working. If you are looking for a chance to drive your career forward within a highly supportive organisation, delivering exceptional solutions for clients then we want to hear from you.
