Claggan Management, LLC E-2 Journeyman Electrician in Glastonbury, Connecticut
The E-2 Journeyman Electrician is responsible for a variety of residential, commercial, solar and EV Charger installations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and repair electrical wiring, systems and fixtures.
- Install conduits and pipes to buildings electrical wires and cables.
- Ensure piping complies with electrical codes.
- Install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
- Supervise Electrical Apprentices and Assistants on site.
- Preform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain company tools and equipment.
Qualification and Requirements:
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification required or obtained within 90 days.
- CT licensed E-2 Journeyman.
- Must hold a valid drivers license, with a clean record, and pass background check.
- 2 years minimum Journeyman Electrician experience.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
- Experience with installation/servicing solar systems.
- Must work well with others.
