This is a job position for a Product Manager located in Glen Allen, VA.

Responsibilities: Analyze category to understand the competitive landscape, including pricing, products, strategies, suppliers, retail presence and product merchandising.Work with cross-functional team to develop and launch Consumer-preferred products within assigned categories.Create andimplement category strategies and tactics to drive profitable business growth.Work with Business Development and Sales to create selling stories for individual products, product platforms andthe overall product line within the brand positioning.Participate in Retail Account presentations as necessary.Create & review P&Ls.Manage the day-to-day aspects of runningthe business.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, an MBA is desired At least 5-7 years relevant experience in consumer product marketing, with experience in product developmentof consumer durables a plus Proven abilities to be creative, results-driven and highly energetic. Experience with Stage-Gate Model.Proven record of effectively managing cross-functional teams.Proven ability to analyze financial information and other relevant business metrics.Experience developing category growth strategies.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
