Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role is centered around providing excellent customer support, specifically in the realm of IT issues. You will be interacting with customers over the phone, resolving their IT problems, and transferring them to appropriate departments when necessary. This is a temporary position that requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding IT issues.

• Provide technical assistance to customers over the phone.

• Document and track customer interactions and problem resolutions.

• Collaborate with the IT department and other teams to resolve customer issues.

• Transfer customer calls to appropriate departments when necessary.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track customer interactions and resolutions.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and solutions.

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Detailed knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints

• Willingness to continually improve customer service skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
