Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to perform product design and development of new products tailored to meet customer programs and requirements. The ideal candidate will create 3D conceptual models and detailed drawings, procedures, and BOMs as needed for manufacturing and to meet design requirements. They will select material specifications to meet environmental requirements and will be responsible for initiating, reviewing, and processing ECOs for existing product designs and parts. The role involves collaborating with customers on design, interface, and functional details, and working with suppliers on prototype and production to ensure ease of manufacturability. Additionally, the Product Engineer will participate in the Material Review Board and engage in problem-solving and failure analysis activities.
