Job Description:

This position provides planning, development, coordination, and management oversight / supervision over daily operational activities for a large Office Services functional area or for multiple, more complex functional areas. May be assigned this responsibility for a single, large office location or group of smaller offices. On a regional basis, may function as a Service Line Lead or Subject Matter Expert for a specific Office Services functional area.

• Responsible for leadership, daily supervision, planning, and scheduling of activities / operations within assigned Office Services functional area(s)

• Work with office management to develop, monitor, and control capital plans and operational budgets for assigned function(s)

• Support and make recommendations to the strategic direction of the operations

• Coordinate the development and processing of Action Authorizations (AA’s) associated with assigned function(s)

• Assist in the identification of and associated negotiations with outside vendors and contractors

• Lead special projects and assignments

• Other duties as assigned
