Job Title: Principal Program ManagerJob Description

The Principal Program Manager is responsible for managing the overall program management function. This role involves generating and reinforcing corporate program management policy, procedures, and templates. The position leads multidisciplinary teams for assigned programs using program management techniques in a highly engineered and regulated environment. The focus is on the timely performance and cost execution of New Product Development, adhering to the Quality Management System, partner contracts, and product specifications primarily for the defense and aerospace markets. Additional responsibilities include leading new business development proposal activities and participating in continual product or business process improvement initiatives. The individual will also prepare and present partner-facing communications, documents, proposals, and presentations to both external stakeholders such as partners, critical and/or strategic suppliers, and contract manufacturers, as well as internal stakeholders including the executive management team.
