Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pick and pack operations as well as handling returns for our clothing retailer client. This role demands accuracy, speed, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment (Pick and Pack):

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders.

• Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damage during shipping.

• Label and prepare packages for shipment.

• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Returns Processing:

• Receive and inspect returned items from customers.

• Process returns in the inventory management system.

• Determine the condition of returned items and categorize them for restocking, refurbishing, or disposal.

• Communicate with the client regarding return issues and discrepancies.

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
