Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to serve at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This CNA serves on a casual, as-needed basis, picking up open shifts in the facility staffing schedule. Some weekends and holidays are required.This position is responsible for providing direct resident care according to the resident’s individualized plan of care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse according to the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Assistant Certification through the State of Minnesota Aide Registry and must be in good standing; or must be enrolled in a nursing assistant class and complete certification within four months of hire.

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.

Compensation Range: $18.09 - $27.14 / hour
