$2802/week gross for 40 hours

Department: OR (RN)Certifications Required: BLS & ACLS- # of Suites: 7 ORs, 2 Endo suites- Common Cases: Adults, geriatrics, Peds, Obstetric. Neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic, GYN, general, Davinci robotics- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Staff must be well versed on all surgical procedures since we don't have specialized teams for each service line- Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Charge nurse- OR techs?: Yes- EMR: EPIC- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 0630-1500 // All staff are scheduled 5 days a week- Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1 night a week on call- Weekend/Call Requirements: Every 5th or 6th weekend (Sat/Sun) on call- Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotating holiday call- Floating Requirements: Pre/Post op, PACU if trained, ER for trauma cases- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 1 week in the OR- Additional Notes: Core staff here have a lot of longevity in the hospital and department.
