Express Employment Professionals Human Resources Manager in Grand Junction, Colorado

We are recruiting for a leading technology company that is seeking a full time Human Resources and Business Accounting Administrative to support their team. They are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions for their clients and committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing human resources and accounting functions. This role works closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR and accounting strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and goals.

Key Responsibilities --Human Resources Coordination:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and on-boarding Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations Oversee HR administration, including record keeping, policy development, and HRIS management

Qualifications --Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred) Experience:

Progressive HR and accounting experience NetSuite experience (preferred)

Skills:

Proficiency in cloud based software applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Basic knowledge of office equipment Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer This position will require travel: up to 5%

Other Requirements:

Work Hours: Monday through Friday. 8am-5pm MDT (Mountain Daylight Time in the US).
