Job Description:This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in Complex Spine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see patients in the outpatient clinic setting suffering from chronic back pain. This position includes a$10,000sign-on bonus and$7500in relocation assistance. You will practice at St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. Your hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7 am - 5pm This is an outpatient clinic position with no call You'll work alongside another Advanced Practice Provider, and you'll support five neurosurgeons
